Speaking your truth, with love...

It has been a turbulent week in the world, but for me the amazing power that has come out of it is through the women's marches.

On Friday evening a couple of thousand of women gathered together in Brussels and sang John Lennon's imagine by candlelight... there are no words for the feeling of togetherness and solidarity that this brings.

Images across the world have been incredible too... I love this choir's song and it has really empowered me this week: I can't keep quiet

Every single one of us is on a journey with our lives, our bodies, our emotions... there is no right or wrong, there is no good or bad. But each day that we take a moment to understand ourselves, our experiences, our bodies is a day when we learn something and can move on in understanding. Each day that we connect with those around us and see how much we share, is a day that the wonderful invisible fabric that holds us together gets stronger.

We don't have to keep quiet, but we don't have to shout either - speaking your truth with love is what touches the world and we have seen so many examples of this over the last week... it is incredibly powerful...

Day after day after day....
