Chia pudding (or breakfast)


Ingredients – serves 2-4


1 mug almond milk (unsweetened – you can make your own)

1 banana

1 medjool date

pinch vanilla

1 dessertspoon almond butter

6 dessertspoons of raw chia seeds

frozen raspberries (or fresh if in season) or other tangy fruit



Put all ingredients except chia seeds and raspberries in a blender and blend into a smoothie.


Divide the chia seeds between the glasses you want to serve the pudding in and add the smoothie on top – stir each glass to combine. Leave in the fridge for a few hours or overnight

Serve with raspberries (frozen at this time of year) or other tangy fruit
