2016... the year of...

Who knows?

Anyone got any divine knowledge on what this one is going to bring? Better health? Weight loss? New relationship? World peace??

We really have no idea on what is going to be the situation a year from now, but what we can do if make the most of each passing moment and each day to fulfil what we wish would happen...

I love changes and enjoy taking time to look at what we are doing and how we can move with what is going on around us. Change keeps us alive - it is one of the things we know is constantly happening...!

So instead of an old style new years resolution - "I should go to the gym more", "I will eat less chocolate" - why not a new years wish?

I wish to feel better in my body, for example...

Then some ideas of what we can do each day to make that wish come true:

- I want to move
- I want to eat what makes me feel good
- I want to be with people I love
- I want to have massages...
