Chia pudding with apple and cinnamon

Ingredients

1 cup of stewed apples
tsp cinnamon
1 cup almond milk
3 tablespoons chia seeds

Directions

Cannot be easier - mix fruit and milk in a blender and pour over chia seeds (in a jar or glass)

Stir well and leave overnight in the fridge.... ready for breakfast!

Served with some sultanas and hazelnuts... delicious!
