Sweden is hot in the news this week - so last night we tasted some more pasta that a friend bought for me from Sweden... Chickpea this time!
Having cooked the pasta through I added:
a few bunches of cherry tomatoes cooked in the oven for about 20 mins
a pack of feta
some wilted spinach leaves
a few black olives
good dose of organic olive oil
So easy, so tasty - yet I am still trying to find these alternative pastas in Brussels.... anyone know of a source?
