Chocolate Mousse (vegan)


150g cashew nuts

equivalent volume of cold water poured on top and leave to stand for a few hours or overnight

2 medjool dates

3 dessert spoons of cacao powder



Put the soaked cashew nuts and water and all the other ingredients in a blender and mix until very smooth

Serve into dishes and put into the fridge for a while before serving.

Makes 4 portions
