This is all is says it is!

The benefit of buying good ingredients is that you don't have to do much with them to have a delicious tasty meal

Beans are topped and tailed and steamed for 10 minutes - still bit crunchy...

I use a potato peeler to get thin slices of Parmesan cheese... add extra virgin olive oil and black pepper!

Delicious summer evening dish...
