Green Smoothie (2)


This serves 2 big people and 2 little people in our house!

A good bunch of spinach
A handful of blueberries (if in season - or frozen berries nice)
a banana
a pear
2 glasses of water
a small amount of almond milk
a dessert spoon of chia seeds
half a teaspoon of maca (optional)
half a teaspoon of spirulina (optional)
a handful of cashew nuts


Put them all in the blender and slowly move up to highest speed to blend on maximum for about 30 seconds.... a gorgeously smooth and creamy smoothie
