Sweet Healthy Snack/Dessert

Just two ingredients and 1 minute of preparation!

1 Medjool Date
1 tsp of almond butter or cashew nut butter

Open up the date and add in the almond butter - eat open or close it up!

Dates are a wonderful sweet treat as they hit the sweetness spot but are also full of vitamins, minerals and fibre that work with your body not against it.

We don't NEED to snack - however if you need a pre or post workout boost, or just something nice with a cup of herbal tea after dinner - these are amazing!
