Cashew and Coconut Granola


100g cashews

50g flaked coconut

150g porridge oats

Pinch of cinnamon

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon olive oil


1) Heat a large fying pan. Add the cashews. Turn down the heat and slowly toast until golden brown.

2) Add the coconut and shake pan so it is evenly distributed. Fold in the oats and spice and toast for a moment

3) Drizzle the honey and oil into the pan and fold in until well mixed (the granola will be soft until it cools and then it will go crunchy)

Wait until completely cooled before putting in jar or tupperware to store
