Quinoa Couscous with Asparagus and Mint

Ingredients

1 mug quinoa couscous soaked in 1 mug of boiling water
1 bundle of green asparagus (steamed/cooked to your taste)
juice of 1 lemon
a handful of fresh mint chopped
Some manouri or feta cheese to garnish
Good dose of olive oil
Fleur de sel and black pepper to taste

Directions
Add oil and lemon juice to the couscous and mix well
Add all other ingredients and serve warm or cold
